Rosalind Levačić is Emerita Professor of Economics and Finance of Education at the UCL Institute of Education. She works as a teacher, researcher and consultant on school finance. As a consultant she has worked on school financing reforms, mainly as a short-term consultant for the World Bank. And also inn many East European countries and in Asia. In 2019 she reviewed school grant policies in Madagascar. From 2013 to 2019 she was involved in designing and later in reviewing Pakistan Punjab’s introduction of a non-salary budget for all government schools.
