Stephen D. Bryen is a leading expert on technology security and led the Pentagon's technology policy efforts during the Reagan administration where he was a senior official and first director of the Defense Technology Security Administration. He has also served on the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee and as a Commissioner on the US-China Economic Security Review Committee.
