Der Apotheker Uwe Gröber (Jg. 1964) studierte in Frankfurt Pharmazie und zählt zu den führenden Mikronährstoffexperten Deutschlands. Dank seiner langjährigen praktischen Erfahrung und Kooperation mit verschiedenen Arztpraxen und Kliniken (z.B. Veramed Klinik in Brannenburg) überzeugt und begeistert er in Seminaren und Vorträgen zum präventivmedizinischen und therapeutischen Einsatz von Mikronährstoffen.
Zu seinen Spezialgebieten zählen: Präventiv- und Mikronährstoffmedizin, Interaktionen zwischen Arzneimitteln und Mikronährstoffen, Metabolic Tuning, komplementäre Diabetologie und Onkologie.
Er ist Gründer und Leiter Gründer der Akademie für Mikronährstoffmedizin, Autor und Koautor zahlreicher Publikationen, Fachbücher und Buchbeiträge und Mitherausgeber der Zeitschrift für Orthomolekulare Medizin. Neben seiner medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Beratungstätigkeit in der pharmazeutischen Industrie ist er aktiv in der Aus- und Fortbildung von Apothekern, Ärzten und Ernährungswissenschaftlern tätig.
