Dr. Vishal Goar is currently working as Dean of Research at Bikaner Technical University, Bikaner. He received the MCA degree from IGNOU, New Delhi, and also qualified UGC-NET (Computer Science) in 2012. He received a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science in 2013. He has wide experience of 17 years as an academician, researcher and in Industry. He has published 46 research papers in international journals (SCI/Scopus/Wo S) and presented 41 papers in national/international conferences. He has been editor/ author of 11 books including reference, text and edited books of Springer, Singapore, ACM USA and Scholars-Press, Germany. He has published two patents and 3 patents grants in his credit. He supervised 6 Ph.d research scholars in the area of cloud computing, software development, Neural Networks and Deep Learning. He also served as Organizing Chair, Convener, Publicity Chair of various Springer/IEEE/ACM internationally renowned conferences such as AICTC, ICACCA etc. His research area includes Security, Cloud Computing, IOT, Sensors and Deep Learning. He is the Life Member of Professional Bodies such as IEANG, ACM, ISTE, IACSIT, UACEE, CSTA, SDIWC and CSI. He has served as Technical Program Committee (TPC) Member and a Reviewer in various Springer, IEEE international conferences and many more. He was invited to be an invited speaker/ Resource Person in TEQIP III Faculty Development Programs and delivered Keynotes in International conferences such as Smart Com-2020. He is also serving as Member of Board of Studies for prestigious universities as Bikaner Technical University, Bikaner, Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner. He is Member of the Research Board in many Universities.He is also working as Editorial Board member, Advisory Board member and reviewer of many international journals.
Dr. Manoj Kuri received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 1998, PG Diploma in Advance Computing from CDAC Pune in 2000, Master of Technology in Digital Communication in 2010, and Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee in 2019. He is presently working as Principal at Govt. Engineering College Bikaner, Rajasthan, India. He has more than 20 years of teaching and research experience. He has held many administrative and academic responsibilities in the past, such as Head (Artificial Intelligence & Data Science), Head (Electronics and Communication Engineering), In-charge (Technology Business Incubation Center), and Registrar of the institute. He has many research publications in esteemed journals and renowned conferences. He is a member of many scientific and professional societies/bodies such as IEEE, ISTE, and ISRS.
Dr. Rajesh Kumar received his B.Tech. degree from NIT Kurukshetra, India, the M.
Tech. degree in Power System and the Ph.D. degree in Intelligent Systems MNIT, Jaipur. He was Post Doctorate Research Fellowin the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore, from 2009 to 2011. Currently, he has been working as a Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, MNIT, Jaipur.
Dr. Kumar research interests focus on Intelligent Systems, Machine Intelligence, Power Management, Smart Grid and Robotics. Dr. Kumar has published over 550 research articles, has supervised 25 Ph D and more than 35 M.Tech thesis. He has 14 patent publications to his name. He received 03 academic awards, 12 best paper awards, 06 best thesis award, 05 professional awards and 30-student award. He has received the Career Award for Young Teachers in 2002 from Government of India. He is on 12 Journal Editorial Boards. He has been an Associate Editor of IEEE Access, IEEE ITe N (Industrial Electronics technology News), Associate Editor, Swarm and Evolutionary Computation, Elsevier, Associate Editor, IET Renewable and Power Generation, Associate Editor, IET Power Electronics, Associate Editor, International Journal of Bio Inspired Computing and CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology, IET.
Dr. Kumar is a Senior Member IEEE (USA), Fellow IET (UK), Fellow IE (INDIA), Fellow IETE, Life Member CSI, Senior Member IEANG and Life Member ISTE. He was Honorary Secretary of IETE Rajasthan Chapter and Excom IEEE Delhi PES-IAS and
Vice Chairman IEEE Rajasthan Subsection.
Professor Tomonobu Senjyu was born in Saga Prefecture, Japan, in 1963. He received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from University of the Ryukyus, Nishihara, Japan, in 1986 and 1988, respectively, and the Ph D degree in Electrical Engineering from Nagoya University, Nagoya, Japan, in 1994. He is currently a Full Professor with the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, University of the Ryukyus. His research interests are in the areas of renewable energy, power system optimization and operation, power electronics, and advanced control of electrical machines. He has elevated IEEE Fellow class 2023, effective January 2023.
