Similar with my other works, Desperation does not contain the evaluation to the community, and put forward ideological implications openly. It does not enhance the quality of the human spirit, nor guide people to a legitimate way. It contains much or less "thought" than the gaudy and vulgar novels, which have been blown up for a while and have been coaxed to step down for another while.
