After Victoria Morgan’s husband dies of cancer she convinces her son Robbie and his family to go on the cruise that she and her husband had planned to take. It would be part of their healing she suggested. Victoria and her husband had taken many cruises and Sorrento, the first stop on this cruise, had always been their favorite. This time Victoria was excited to spend the day alone in Sorrento, visiting her favorite shops while the rest of the family visited the Isle of Capri. But when Victoria fails to return on the last tender that evening before the ship’s sailing, pandemonium set in. Robbie is forced to stay in Sorrento to work with police while his family remains continues on their cruise and suddenly they are all compelled to rely on total strangers as they begin their search for Victoria.
