Dan Blazer, MD, Ph D, is former Dean of Medical Education, Duke University School of Medicine and J.P. Gibbons Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. He is Professor of Community and Family Medicine at Duke and Head of the University Council on Aging and Human Development.
