To help navigate through the book, in addition to the table of contents, every chapter starts with a gallery of recipes, providing browsing inspiration and easy links to that chapter’s recipes. You’ll also find an index towards the back—every listing is a link so you can easily navigate to any section of the book. A new navigation bar has been added to the end of every recipe. Select Chapter Recipes to get to the chapter introduction and recipe gallery, Table of Contents to get to the main book table of contents, and Metric Conversions to find this easy-to-use reference for your baking needs. Each e-reader and mobile device has its own format and functions for navigation and customization. Please consult the user manuals on your devices to best understand how to take advantage of these functions and take some time to test different fonts and font sizes to see what works best for you.
