Koshy Varghese is Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, IIT Madras. He obtained his doctorate in project management from the University of Texas at Austin and has been visiting eminent scholar at Arizona State University. Professor Varghese has been the principal investigator on a number of research projects and has published extensively in international journals. His work in sustainable development focuses on computer modeling and decision support.
