Have you been searching for an easy-to-read version of the Bible? Well this collection of Bible stories, all told in rhyme, may well be just what you have been looking for!
Far more than a nursery version of simple bedtime stories, these volumes of the Bibles most classic tales are concisely yet explicitly told to make them impossible to forget. They are written using several different rhyming styles, including limericks, which allow for easy memorisation and provide humour where appropriate. Bible Legends Told in Rhyme also has helpful Bible chapter guides for easy reference.
This book spares no fact. So when Daniel gets thrown to the lions, somebody is going to pay! And when King Solomon has a dilemma, he threatens to cut a baby in two in order to teach one mother a lessonall nothing more than the Bible states itself.
There is a plethora of Bible books for children out there, but there is nothing as stylish and succinct, using engaging rhyming meter, as this. Many rhyming books try but either fail to include the detail or compromise rhyming flow in order to fit in facts. Limericks are especially difficult to write but are used in this volume to great effect. Leaf through and see for yourself.

Hello! I’m Sebastien Dubois, and thank you for choosing my book.
I love words (always have done) and especially love manipulating them to convey a message. After obtaining English qualifications, people I knew would often ask me to write them a little ditty or rhyme, whether for a birthday, a promotion, a wedding anniversary or even marriage proposals. I would compose a little poem consisting of several verses and word spread among friends and family. One day, a colleague suggested I turn this hobby into more of a business, so I set up my own poem writing service website.
After several successful years of doing this and becoming a family man, I became disenchanted with the abundance of poor, printed children’s literature on the market. Some being poorly punctuated or badly drawn was one thing, but being unimaginatively written was unforgivable. So I decided that I could write my own such books as I would have my children read them.
In this instance, Bible Legends Told in Rhyme allows kids to understand some of the stories in the Bible, which may otherwise be beyond their comprehension or attention span. This is an alternative Bible stories book series which is child-friendly but does not infantilise the reader, and stays faithful to established anecdotal facts. Too many kids’ Bible paraphernalia is watered down, and so the essence of the moral is lost. It was my attendance at primary school and regular Sunday school which piqued my interest in the fascinating stories from the Bible. To this day, those wonderful stories stay with me. Now I share them with you, along with my own, added twist.
My own children continue to be an inspiration for me to continue down this path: when your child asks when your next book will be printed for them to read, it does not get much better than that.
