Andrew Heffernan is the award-winning author of over 200 articles and two books. His work has appeared in MEN”S HEALTH, EXPERIENCE LIFE, and MUSCLE AND FITNESS, among many other outlets. Andrew is is also a fitness coach, a teacher of theater, and an actor whose work has been seen onstage, on television, and in movies since the 1990s.  For ten years, he has been part of a writing group led by Bruce Gelfand. This book of poetry, his first, emerged primarily from his work in those classes. Andrew lives in Los Angeles with his wife and their two children.
