Laughter reduces blood stress hormones, contributes to the production of good hormones and to the production of antibodies that help to protect from infection. Also, it helps the heart, vascular system, reduced pressure and increased muscle flexibility.
Researchers from the University of Maryland found that when people were watching funny films it improved the blood flow, strengthened the immune system, and made people more resistant to pain.
