Elias Steinhilper (Ph D), geb. 1985, ist politischer Soziologe und forscht in der Abteilung Konsens und Konflikt am Deutschen Zentrum für Integrations- und Migrationsforschung (De ZIM) zu sozialen Bewegungen, zivilgesellschaftlichem Engagement und politischem Konflikt in Migrationsgesellschaften. Er wurde an der Scuola Normale Superiore promoviert und hat Gastforschungsaufenthalte an der Harvard University, der University of California, Berkeley sowie der Sciences Po Paris absolviert.
