Giới thiệu về tác giả

袁国:
Guo Yuan, doctor of engineering, professor and doctoral supervisor, has long been engaged in the research of key processes and equipment technologies for rolling and processing of high-quality steel materials. Professor Yuan proposed a high-strength homogenization cooling heat exchange mechanism for hot rolled steel, which fundamentally solves the problem of controllability of micro heat transfer stability. Presided over the research and development of a new generation of controlled cooling technology and equipment for China’s first large-scale hot strip rolling production line. A series of high-quality and reduced hot strip products have been developed, and the research results have formed an application demonstration, and become the new generation of control cooling mainstream technology for large-scale hot strip mills in China.

李振垒:
Zhenlei Li, doctor of engineering, Associate Professor, and Master’s Supervisor, has long been dedicated to researching new-generation TMCP process technology and its control systems. He has developed a post-rolling cooling control system based on ultra-fast cooling, integrating process mechanism models with real industrial data to achieve precise control of process temperature during the post-rolling cooling stage. This control system has been successfully applied to over ten continuous hot rolling production lines, ensuring product quality and significantly advancing the industrialization and application of new generation TMCP technology and equipment.

康健:
Jian Kang, doctor of engineering, is currently an associate professor of Northeastern University. He mainly conducts scientific research around the technology of controlling the microstructure and properties of hot rolled steel materials. In recent years, a series of low-cost and high-performance hot-rolled strip products have been developed through the comprehensive application of fine grain strengthening, phase transformation strengthening, and precipitation strengthening mechanisms based on the new generation TMCP technology. These products have significantly reduced costs, increased efficiency, and improved quality.
