Richard Salcido earned a BS in business administration from California State University, Long Beach. As a commissioned officer, he instructed at the US Army Military Police School and was certified as a generalist instructor for the state of Missouri. He authored a five-part Bible study on the book of Job and also cohosted the Red River Rising podcast, presenting a fifteen-episode series on this subject.
