Broccoli Rob and the Garden Singers is an inspiring children’s book with beautiful illustrations that takes the reader through the struggles and personal growth of Broccoli Rob, a shy stalk of broccoli who loved to sing. John’s works full time as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist in the Chicagoland area, and he graduated from Northwestern University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. His passion for writing children’s book began when his daughter, Madison, was an infant and he enjoyed telling ad-libbed, eccentric stories to her. He polished up his more successful stories and hence began his career as an independent author of children’s books and picture books.
