Joseph Harris, a veteran, is the founder and pastor of Christian Worship Outreach Center Ministries. He is president of Transforming Life Center, a counseling center for at-risk youth, where he works with Ladonna, his wife. He strives to help others receive Jesus Christ as Lord. The couple lives in Texas.
