State-of-the-Art für ein rationelles, schlankes Produktionscontrolling unter Einsatz der Module PP, MM, PS und CO von SAP® ERP.
Am Beispiel eines komplexen flexiblen Fertigungssystems (FFS) wird zunächst die strategische Ausrichtung der Produktionslogistik dargestellt (Balanced Scorecard, Wettbewerbsstrategien, Erfolgsfaktoren, KPIs). Die praxisnahe Anwendung von SAP ERP (PP) in der Produktionslogistik wird anhand der Bedarfsplanung, Terminplanung, Kapazitätsplanung übersichtlich an einem durchgehenden Praxisfall beschrieben.
