Kenneth Lougee is a trial lawyer with the Salt Lake City firm of Siegfried and Jensen. He holds a BA cum laude in History from Brigham Young University. His law degree is from the University of Oregon. He earned his MA in history from the University of Utah.

Mr. Lougee is admitted to the state and federal courts in Alaska and Utah. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Salt Lake bar association and the Tanana (Fairbanks Alaska) bar association. Currently he serves on the Utah Ethics Opinions Committee.
