She runs a private practice in Washington, DC and Bethesda, MD where she works with children, teens, adults, and families on issues related to anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and self-esteem

In addition to her clinical training and career in psychology, Dr. Glassman has worked as a group fitness leader for over 18 years, and views physical exercise as an important component in overall psychological well-being.
