Sources for the project, which included official FIFA publications were numerous and varied. These together with other publications and studies published by other authors that proved to be of great use were consulted and are listed in the Bibliography. Milile Kraba, was born Cape Town, grew up and attended school in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. A graduate of the University of Cape Town and also holds a Masters degree in Economic Policy from the University of Stellenbosch. A father of two, he lives in Cape Town, where he spreads his affections for the beautiful game amongst Table Mountain Wolves, Real Madrid, AC Milan and Tottenham Hotspurs.
