Rebecca Beckner was born in San Francisco, California and grew up in Colorado and Nebraska. She completed a BA in Music Education at SUNY Potsdam, Potsdam, NY and a Master of Library Scince at the University at Buffalo, Buffalo, NY. Rebecca now lives in Welland, Ontario with her husband and daughter. Her interests include camping and history and she often combines these when she participates in War of 1812 reenactments and fur trade rendezvous. This is Rebecca”s first book.
