Due to her personal development, she has been able to tap into her understanding of the concrete, results-driven business world and the intuitive, experiential, energetic world that is felt, not seen. Along with her corporate work, Rebecca runs leadership retreats, where she creates the environment for leaders to gain a shift in their level of consciousness. Rebecca is also the author of Creating High Performing Teams and is a visiting professor at London Metropolitan University.
