She is a long-time practitioner of Transcendental Meditation and has a deep understanding of Ayurveda and its relationship to health and well-being. Samantha is a co-author of Self, Empower, Gut Crisis, The Rest And Repair Diet, The Coherence Code, Total Brain Coaching, and Trouble In Paradise. She is also the co-author of Quantum Golf (Editions One and Two) and was an editor of Dharma Parenting. Happily married for over forty years, the Wallaces have a combined family of four children and six grandchildren.
