Children and young people’s cultural worlds offers a critical introduction to childhood in the digital age. Sara Bragg is Senior Research Fellow at Brighton University and previously worked at The Open University, the University of Sussex and the Centre for the Study of Children, Youth and Media at the Institute of Education, London. She has researched and published on young people and sexualisation; on sex education; on child and youth culture, consumption and media education; on participation and ‘student voice’; on school ethos; and on ‘creative’ research methods and creative learning. Mary Jane Kehily is Professor of Childhood and Youth Studies at The Open University, UK. She has a background in cultural studies and education and research interests in gender and sexuality, narrative and identity and popular culture. She has published widely on these themes.
