Consumer behaviour includes individual decision-making (IDM). IDM has implications in customer satisfaction, loyalty, and other behavioural intentions toward the organisations’ products and services. Consumer Behaviour in Hospitality and Tourism targets to study consumers and tourists in different leisure and touristic places such as hotels, convention centres, amusement parks, national parks, and the transportation sector. The aim of this book is to provide a broad view of novel topics and presents the current scenario in the hospitality and business arena.
