Career Success of Disabled High-Flyers challenges the assumption that disabled employees are a homogenous group and discusses important questions such as: What is disability? Dr Sonali Shah is a postdoctoral research fellow in the School of Sociology and Social Policy at Nottingham University. Her research interests are connected with disabled childhoods and young people, special education versus inclusion, career choices and transitional development.
