Tom Green
Carmichaels [EPUB ebook]

Ủng hộ

In this small town, Carmichaels is the pool hall where top hustlers stop for a shot at quick cash. Sometimes they get lucky but not always. Tommy has the desire to be the best pool player he can be. At Carmichaels, he meets The Kid, who becomes his trainer and soul partner, always there in spirit to teach and guide him through the very toughest of games.
Colombian drug lords have ties to this small town, too, but they underestimate the local alcoholics at Carmichaels, and after a pool game ends violently, war is declared. Danger brings about a new dream, as pool player Tommy seeks to make the best hashish on earth. His search for Punta Roja seeds, the legendary Colombian Red strain, takes him deep into the South American jungle and into direct conflict with the top drug cartel.
Tommy has a ragtag group of fellow Carmichaels men to make his drug dreams reality. Frisk grew up in the fields of Colombia, has mysterious connections, and is dangerously deadly. Lenny knows where to grow large fields of Punta Roja, and Hunter knows how. Graham is one tough kid, but can he match skills with Frisk to become an unlikely hero? Together, these guys play pool, sell hashish, drink constantly, and continually find more ways to get in trouble and just keep on gong as if nothing had happened.
