A novel about a girl, Vicki Bright, from the 1960s Vietnam War eracovering the years she was falls in love and feels forced to marry young but finishes college. Losing her way because of a bad choice, she suffers tragedy as well as joy. While looking in many directions for help, it takes her faith to save her from a bad situation.
About the author
Having had a successful nursing carreer for many years and also having painted & sold many original works of art in oil, clay, fiber and beads, I decided to finally try my hand at writing. To become a published author, has been one of my lifetime dreams. My first published short story & my previously published book of letters, poetry and art will be republished & available soon. I am putting the finishing touches on my second and third books of this book series, a Novel about a family during the Vietnam war era of the 1970s. The author grew up in Corinth, Mississippi and in Vacaville, California and now resides in a small town just outside of Memphis, Tennessee.
