About the author
Wendy Sheppard's daughter, Gwendolyn, is one of Aurifil’s first batch of “Aurikids, ” part of their initiative to reach out to the next generation of crafters and sewists. And she has already curated her first thread collection for Aurifil, called “Spool-en-dids.” Quiltmaker Magazine published an article on Wendy and Gwendolyn quilting together, and Wendy was a guest on Pat Sloan’s podcast talking about stitching with her daughter.
