Wulf Reiners is Senior Researcher and Head of the ‘Managing Global Governance’ (MGG) Program of the German Development Institute / Deutsches Institut für Entwicklungspolitik (DIE). Previously, he was Assistant Professor at the Turkish-German University in Istanbul, Turkey, and Researcher at the University of Cologne, Germany. He has served as the Academic Coordinator and Program Director of various EU-funded projects on EU-Turkey relations, EU external action, and digitalization towards sustainable development. Ebru Turhan is Assistant Professor at the Department of Political Science and International Relations, Turkish-German University in Istanbul, Turkey. She also serves as a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for European Politics (IEP), Germany. Her research focuses on EU-Turkey relations, external differentiated integration, EU enlargement policy, and German-Turkish relations. Turhan holds an MA in Contemporary European Studies from the University of Bath, UK and a Ph D in Political Science from the University of Cologne, Germany.
