‘Daddy, what was it like when you were a boy?’
A simple question evokes a father’s memories of his struggling mother and her passion for rainbows.
Who knew that chasing rainbows in a Plymouth Duster could wind up in a discovery far more precious than a ‘pot of gold?’
Retired music and art teacher Angela Childs tells this delightful tale in beautiful words and colorful illustrations in her second book, Chasing Rainbows: A Story of Faith.

关于作者
Angela Childs loves children, art, and music. She loves helping children expand their imaginations yet also stay grounded in who they are as an individual. It is important to her that children know who they are, where they came from, and where they are going. She hopes by reading this story, children will think about their family history and customs, and share them with others. ‘Always know that no matter where you came from, you can always go somewhere; just use your imagination, ‘ she says. Ms. Childs has lived in many places, but she always calls Northern California home.
