Corenné Phillips was born in Brockton, Massachusetts, in 1974, the second of three daughters born to Dale and Belinda Williams Jackson. Her father’s military duty assignments resulted in her early years being spent in Massachusetts, California, Indiana, Texas and Maryland. Following his honorable discharge in 1984, the family re-settled in Indiana in 1986 to be near family.
In 2008, having read the collective works of Nora Roberts, and others, she was inspired to begin writing her own prose.
Corenné remains in Indiana where she supervises the cleaning and maintenance staff at the local mall and continues her writing.
