Christopher Steed has had a varied career, consisting of management in the public sector and senior roles in the voluntary and charity sector. More recently, as an Anglican Minister, he is developing St Winfrid’s, a faith-based community hub in the Southampton area with a mix of social innovation, support services and social enterprise.He has previously published 4 books. He continues with to speak internationally, and writes on leadership, organisational culture and its links with psychology. He holds an MSc in social theory and international relations, a Ph D in theology and a doctorate in social sciences and is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
