Eileen Paulo-Chrisco is the co-developer of The Fascination Method for self-care and a fitness trainer specializing in corrective exercise. Before becoming a Fascination Method Practitioner, helping people with chronic pain and limited mobility, Eileen was a cell biologist, spent eighteen years as a medical and pharmaceutical researcher, and has published in peer-reviewed scientific journals, including Cancer Research. Eileen and her husband, Anthony, inventor of The Fascinator roller and co-developer of The Fascination Method, travel globally to share their method of chronic pain relief and body restoration. Eileen resides in Hawaii with Anthony, their two children, Channing and Malia, and their dog, Bruce.
