Dr. Fred Meadows is a pastor, teacher, and founder and president of the Soul Journ Center for Formative Leadership. As a mentor to a new generation of those seeking to live out their calling in ministry, his passion is to help advance soul health in Christian leaders. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Pamali, and together they are parents of two grown children, Chad and Chelsea.
