T. Keith Davis, D. Bus Admin, CSO, is the Technical Director of Strata Reserve Planning and the manager of the Vancouver Island office. With a background in both the construction industry and the strata property world, Keith brings a different set of skills to the preparation of a Depreciation Report, providing insight from the perspective of a strata property homeowner and a contractor. For over 25 years, he has lived in his own strata development, having served on the council as President for a cumulative 15 years and oversaw the complex”s “Leaky Condo” remediation and litigation. He has been a member of British Columbia”s Condominium Home Owners Association (CHOA) Board of Directors also for 15 years. For almost 20 years, Keith worked in the construction industry, specializing as a Construction Safety Officer (CSO), working on residential & commercial properties and civil works, including road construction & infrastructure. For seven years, he was a Safety Manager for a concrete restoration and commercial roofing company operating in multiple locations throughout southern British Columbia. Since 2018, he has been working at Strata Reserve Planning on Depreciation Reports.
