On a particular hot day, Ava and Alan go searching for a watering hole. But they find themselves on the edge of the desert where they hear a small fennec fox crying. They find out the young fennec fox is sad because his siblings make fun of him because his ears are bigger than all the others. But when one of the young kits go missing, Ava and Alan help him show his family how important his ears really are. Follow Ava and Alan on this exciting adventure.

Bruce Moran, is a navy veteran and worked at NASA. He started publishing books in 1992 and has published over 500 titles. Bruce Moran is also an illustrator and a published author. He has authored technology books for Microsoft, Novell, Comp TIA and Cisco and he has written several Walt Disney World Travel guides for Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Disney Hollywood Studios. He currently writes and illustrates children’s picture books and young adult novels.
