This book contains a brief overview of 105 species of Australian Wildlife with each one illustrated by a Watercolour painting. The selection includes frogs, snakes, lizards, birds and mammals with a description each species the habitat they are found in and a distribution map and the name of the person who first described it in scientific literature. Some of the species illustrated are extinct while others endangered or vulnerable mostly due to fires, land clearing, cutting down of forests and the impact of introduced predators such as foxes and cats and other factors such as global warming.
