Dr. Nguyen Thi Dieu Linh, is Deputy Head of Science and Technology Department, Hanoi University of Industry, Vietnam (Ha UI). She is heading the department since 2015. She has more than 18 years of academic experience in electronics, Io T, smart garden, and telecommunication. She has authored or co-authored more than 15 research articles that are published in journals, books, and conference proceedings. She received her Ph.D. in Information and Communications Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2013.
Dr. Maurice Dawson serves as an Assistant Professor of Information Systems at University of Missouri-St. Louis, former Visiting Assistant Professor (Honorary) of Industrial and Systems Engineering at The University of Tennessee Space Institute, and Fulbright Scholar: Specialist in the Faculty of Computational Mathematics & Informatics at South Ural State University in Chelyabinsk, Russia. Dawson is recognized as an Information Assurance System Architect and Engineer by the U.S. Department of Defense. Research focus area is cyber security, systems security engineering, open source software (OSS), mobile security, and engineering management.
Dr. Ngoc Le Anh is the Director of Swinburne Innovation Space, Swinburne University of Technology (Vietnam). He received his B.S in Mathematics and Informatics from Vinh University and VNU University of Science, respectively. He received a master’s degree in Information Technology from Hanoi University of Technology, Vietnam. He obtained a Ph.D. in Communication and Information Engineering from the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Kyungpook National University, South Korea, in 2009. His research interests are in the areas of embedded and intelligent systems, communication networks, the Internet of things, image/video processing, AI, and big data analysis.
Professor Kwok-Yan Lam is an Associate Vice President (Strategy and Partnerships) and Professor in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at the Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. Professor Lam has been a Professor of the Tsinghua University, PR China (2002-2010) and a faculty member of the National University of Singapore and the University of London since 1990. He was a visiting scientist at the Isaac Newton Institute of the Cambridge University and a visiting professor at the European Institute for Systems Security. Prof Lam received his B.Sc. (First Class Honours) from the University of London in 1987 and his Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge in 1990. His research interests include Distributed Systems, Io T Security Infrastructure and Cyber-Physical System Security, Distributed Protocols for Blockchain, Biometric Cryptography, Quantum Computing, Homeland Security and Cybersecurity.
