Emmitt’s Amazing Day is a children’s picture book that teaches kids healthy eating habits. The main character, Emmitt, goes about his day choosing foods to eat, and these choices affect his day. At one point, he even kicks a soccer ball so hard that it turns into a rocket ship and flies over the sun! It is essential to balance healthy eating habits with treats, so Emmitt’s Amazing Day has a surprise ending.

Nicole Smith, the author of Let’s Start Brushing and Emmitt’s Amazing Day, grew up in a small beach town in Massachusetts. She is a loving wife and the mother of a picky eater. Her experience as a mom has driven her to write this book about healthy eating choices.
