S.K. Agnihotri is currently Secretary, National Foundation for Communal Harmony, New Delhi. Formerly, he was Chief Secretary of Arunachal Pradesh. He has rich security, strategic and administrative experience at higher level. He had authored many publications on small tribes of North East India.
B. Datta Ray is a fighter for freedom and social science research. He is Founder Secretary of North East India Council for Social Science Research. He has to his credit two books, namely, Administrative History of North East India and Tribal Identity and Tensions in North East India. Also, he has edited 16 books on North East India.
