The bright summer sun shone through the back glass of my car as I pulled onto the interstate heading anywhere but where I am at this moment. I couldn’t have imagined this happening to my worst enemy.
That’s a day Sidney would not forget, but it was also the first day of a new beginning. Sidney picked herself up and decided she wanted to see what God had around the corner for her. So, her adventure began.

Sharon and her husband, Doug, live in Mount Airy, North Carolina with their beagle, Bailey. Sharon is a native of North Carolina and graduated from Mount Airy High School in 1979. She is the mother of two sons, and she has five grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys drawing as well as writing. She attends Mount Airy Wesley Church of Mount Airy.
