Miyuki Tsuji wurde in Osaka geboren. Nach dem Studium von Slavistik und Kunst in Tokio reiste sie nach Europa und ließ sich schließlich in Hamburg nieder. Sie veröffentlichte Artikel und Bücher in Japan und Deutschland, ihr erstes deutschsprachiges Buch kam 2006 heraus. Seit 2001 übersetzt sie Manga; u.a. die Serie NARUTO. Die Ninja-Fachfrau lebt mit ihrem Mann und ihrer Tochter in Hamburg.
