Lieutenant Colonel Simona Ţuţuianu is a Senior Researcher with the Institute for Political Studies of Defense and Military History in Romania. She holds a Ph.D. in International Relations and worked as a diplomat with the Permanent Mission of Romania to the United Nations. Currently, she serves as a member of the Secretariat of the Regional Stability within the Greater Black Sea Area Working Group of the Pf P Consortium of Defense Academies and Security Studies Institutes, and teaches political ethics at Titu Maiorescu University of Bucharest.
