Simone Wille, geboren 1980 in München, röstete im Feinkostgeschäft ihrer Familie schon als Kind Kaffeebohnen von Hand. Sie hat in Salzburg und London Journalistik studiert und auf der ganzen Welt gearbeitet. Bis heute verfasst die Autorin am liebsten Artikel und Bücher zum Thema Kulinarik, Kultur und Lebensstil. Seit 2006 ist sie zusätzlich bei Dallmayr als Tee-Expertin und Kommunikationsleiterin tätig. Sie lebt, kocht und schreibt in München.
