Have you struggled with infertility? Lost a beloved pet or had to make the difficult decision to put your precious canine family member down? This is a story for you.
Nine Months is about the short period of time that the author had with her adopted rescue dog Wilbur (nicknamed Willy) and the undeniably strong bond he formed with his family. The book takes you through the emotions of each month and the strength of love.
We all understand and witness life and the fact that the world around us keeps moving whatever happens, but certain times and portions of our lives impact the rest of it. Because of Wilbur, the author decided that she would continue to adopt and rescue dogs in need for the rest of her life and encourage others to do so. What is often described as unconditional love is clearly demonstrated in this story.
