Dr. Trupti Ranjan Lenka is an associate professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Silchar, India. He received a Ph.D. degree in Microelectronics Engineering from Sambalpur University, Odisha, in 2012, M.Tech. degree in VLSI Design from Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, in 2007, and, a B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Berhampur University, Odisha, in 2000. He was a visiting researcher at Helen and John C. Hartmann Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, New Jersey, USA, in 2019, and Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore (SERIS), National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore, in 2018. He received Distinguished Researcher in Nanoelectronics Award by VISTA-2021, Distinguished Faculty Award by NIT Silchar in 2019, and Visvesvaraya Young Faculty Research Fellowship (YFRF) Award by the Ministry of Electronicsand Information Technology (Meit Y), Govt. of India in 2018.
Dr. Samar K. Saha (a life fellow, IEEE) is the chief scientist with Prospicient Devices, USA, and an adjunct faculty member with the Electrical Engineering Department, Santa Clara University, Santa Clara, CA, USA. He has authored over 100 research papers; two books, Fin FET Devices for VLSI Circuits and Systems (USA: CRC Press, 2020) and Compact Models for Integrated Circuit Design: Conventional Transistors and Beyond (USA: CRC Press, 2015); one book chapter on Technology Computer-Aided Design; and holds 13 US patents. He was the recipient of the 2021 IEEE EDS Distinguished Service Award. He served as the 2016–2017 president of the IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS) and is currently serving as a member of the IEEE Fellow Committee. He is a distinguished lecturer of EDS and a fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, UK.
Prof. Lan FU received her Ph.D. degree from the Australia National University(ANU) in 2001 and is currently a full professor at the Research School of Physics, ANU. Prof. Lan Fu was the recipient of the IEEE Photonic Society Graduate Student Fellowship (2000), Australian Research Council (ARC) Postdoctoral Fellowship (2002), ARF/QEII Fellowship (2005), and Future Fellowship (2012). Professor Fu is a senior member of IEEE, IEEE/Photonics and Electron Devices Societies and was the past chair of the Photonics Society, Electron Devices Society, and Nanotechnology Council Chapters of the IEEE ACT section. She is the chair of the IEEE Nanotechnology Council Chapters and Regional Activities Committee, associate editor of IEEE Photonics Journal, and member of the Editorial Board of Opto-Electronic Advances.
