Rising star Aiden Byrne shares his passion for great British cooking. The youngest chef ever to win a Michelin star, Aiden is now head chef at the grill in London’s prestigious Dorchester hotel. Aiden Byrne is the youngest chef to ever win a Michelin star (at the age of 22). This rising star of the British food scene has worked with such high-profile chefs as tom Aikens, Paul Rankin and David Adlard. Aiden has worked at many top Michelin-starred establishments, including Pied a Terre in London, Adlard's in Norwich, Peacock Alley and the Commons in Dublin and Danesfield House in Buckinghamshire. His restaurant in Lymm, The Church Green British Grill was named AA Restaurant of the Year for England. Auden is well known in the UK for appearing on programs like Master Chef and Great British Menu. The BBC's three-part series, Restaurant Wars: The Battle for Manchester, told the story of Aiden's epic competition with legendary chef SImon Rogan, as they competed to bring a Michelin star to the city of Manchester for the first time in 30 years.
