Derek Hall (www.qivana.com; St. George, UT) is as CEO and Founder of Qivana, a fast-growing network marketing company. Derek has served as President and CEO for a variety of successful network marketing companies, and was Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer of Mc Kesson pharmaceuticals, an $11 billion company.
